Does the price include freight?
Prices do not include freight.
How much is freight?
We cannot tell you the freight cost until goods are ready to be dispatched. The cost of freight depends on the size & weight of each carton or if you live locally the best way is to pick up.
What is the minimum quantity order?
Please refer to individual showbag information.
How big are the showbags?
Generally, our showbags are approx. 40cm by 30cm. However, some are smaller.
i.e. Cadbury Special Treat, Cadbury Pick & Mix are approx. 25cm x 19cm.
Freddo Special Treat, Time Out Treat & Bertie Beetle are approx. 33cm x 20cm.
How many showbags should I order?
This is often difficult to predict, one bag per student is a rough guide.
Can we refund unsold bags?
Yes, unopened cartons only. However, due to health and safety standards we cannot accept any returns on any showbags in the Cadbury, Nestle & Arnott’s range.
Who will be paying the freight costs for goods returned?
All goods returned are at the customer expense.
Do we have to pack them?
No they are already packed.
How much notice do I have to give you?
Normally 2-3 weeks depending upon your location.
How much can we sell them for?
You can sell the showbags for any price you choose. Most people add a 60-100% margin, allowing for freight cost if necessary.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Bank Cheque, Money Orders, Direct Deposit, Bank card, Mastercard and Visa Card but there is a 2.5% surcharge on Mastercard and Visa card.
Does the price include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST.
